Introduction

Professor Wang Jun's group in the State Key Laboratory of Materials Chemical Engineering, School of Chemical Engineering, Nanjing Tech University currently has two professor/doctoral supervisors and more than twenty ungraduate students.
The group was established in 1999 and has accumulated rich research experience in the field of catalysis and chemical engineering after more than 20 years of efforts, especially in the research of new catalytic materials, green catalysis and sustainable chemical processes, which has formed distinctive research area. We focus on the creation of new catalysts such as ionic liquids, mesoporous polyionic liquids, zeolite, heteropolyacids and nanometals, and their applications in environmental catalysis (e.g. CO2 capture and conversion), new energy catalysis (e.g. molecular conversion of biomass platforms), green catalysis (e.g. fine chemical processes under mild conditions), and photo/electric catalysis. The group has trained 85 full-time graduate students, of whom 25 have received doctoral degrees and 60 have received master degrees.
The group is now recruiting about 7 master students, 2-3 doctoral students per year, and we sincerely welcome postdoctor to join us.
